The PHE Active at Home Booklet has been produced to provide practical guidance to older adults on home-based activities to maintain their strength and balance.

Deaf people who live in the East Midlands can get information and support to access services during the pandemic from a new British Sign Language helpline. Run by the British Deaf Association, the helpline is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am-12noon. It can offer advice via SMS, FaceTime, WhatsApp, email, Facebook messenger and Glide.
