do get through the appointments are all gone. Today they are short staffed and only seeing vulnerable patients - no explanation for what is vulnerable but phone back sometime next week, words fail me for the lack of care and service this practice is providing and I am concerned for my future health and that of others who are not being seen by a medical practitioner. More and more people are feeling a hopelessness when trying to stay well and the impact on mental health is growing. I currently believe that I am not receiving an adequate service from this surgery and my health could deteriorate as a result.
one is unwell, i have rung 153 times and everytime it is busy, you call from 8am and 40 minutes later still its busy, when you get through it another process of telling the receptionist the issue and then you have to hours for the GP to call you back. When they had the online system it was great, 8am leave your message online and by 9am a doctor would get back to you. The surgery has gone downhill, the appointment system really needs changing or bring back the online system. why take away something that was working so well in the first place.
The ASKMYGP service is never working. Twice now family members have booked a telephone consultation and not received a phone call. Both had to call again the following day which isn’t easy ( see above) Communication from doctors is non existent. Husband had high blood pressure and only got to talk to a pharmacist. I know 3 families with similar experiences of this surgery. It used to be amazing, great doctor’s, easy online system to book appointments etc. Now all I want to do is move doctors.
