appointment even when I call at 8.30 on the dot. Excuses include: no doctors today, only one doctor and very busy. facts just excuses and delays in treatment, they make you wait for being seen despite not being busy, but afford no assistance if you arrive late and cancel the appointment which you have taken time to make.
Every excuse under the sun is used to delay treatment or refuse a appointment, the constantly get things mixed up, have no regard for disability or health concerns and run the practice with contempt and have failed to follow up appointments and when a appointment is given they then try and change these or conclude you have made a error in the type of appointment made.
The NHS is under pressure but patient care is being abused by surgeries who are not as busy as Hospitals and they deliberately refer patients to 111 or the NHS emergency services, when you complain or make a issue.
The management have changed so many times, no one knows who is in charge and everyone thinks they know best.
