I was badgered on entering by staff as I was 10 mins late. She didn’t stop to hear me explain that the postcode given doesn’t not direct you to the correct place. She rudely went it say I’m now taking someone else’s spot and yet there was no one waiting. Very unprofessional and failed to take my bloods properly poking the needle about only to try the other arm. It is very disturbing to attend an NHS care and meet people with no patient care. Who seem to be there to serve themselves. I will not attend this venue again. She didn’t apologise and went on to tell me to go at the end. I was not sure why she treated me this way and hope race has nothing to do with it.
