specialist and made new assessment for my medical needs but refused to let me see a doctor. First available phone call with a doctor was over a month away- 5 weeks wait. They can't cope with their current patient load yet are taking on many more new patients. Someone will die because they cannot get medical assistance they need, just hoping it isn't me. Making official complaints is pointless, practice manager as effective as the rest of the non-medical staff.
