it has never been so bad, its not even covid but since then they do not have face to face consults, a nurse practitioner will call you. I have not seen a Dr this year, I have spoke to one once who referred me, they are happy for a consultant to make time to see you, but not a dr. I had to wait 2 weeks for hrt check up which I had to book a review as they were not bothered the phone call lasted 1m 30secs. I appreciate they are busy but I have been given antibiotics from a phone consultation with a nurse. You ring for an enquiry call back tomorrow we are training. Where is the patient care. Its not like people enjoying going to the drs.
