issue my medication. This involved emails, telephone calls and a visit. The emails were ignored, when I eventually got through to them on the phone I was told I had to visit in person, only to be told it was an admin error and would be corrected in a few days. It wasn't corrected! Eventually I had to contact NHS England to help. This is totally unacceptable. The receptionists appear not to care or know what they are doing. I've had nothing but bad service from this practice for years. It's not good enough.
