Leicestershire and Rutland Mental Health, Wellbeing and Recovery Service
Helps all individuals who are experiencing emotional and mental health problems, as well as their carers, by providing advice, information and support.
Offer hands-on, practical help for people with arthritis to improve their quality of life whilst living with the condition. They are currently running online groups for people in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Support family carers across the diverse population of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland who look after people with different needs
CareFree Young Carers’ Service
Provides a range of services for young carers, who provide regular and ongoing care and/or emotional support to a family member who are physically or mentally unwell, disabled and/or misuses substances.
Community Champions can provide current information on where to find support. They run a befriending scheme where a local volunteer will make phone contact with a person who lives alone.
The only national, free and confidential helpline for older people: open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Silver Line offer information, advice and friendship.

Age UK Leicestershire and Rutland
Age UK have recently launched a helpline to offer practical and emotional support to those over 70, especially those who are self isolating and live alone
Provide a dementia support service for people living with dementia their carers and family. The support at this time will be telephone based as all groups are currently suspended.
CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)
Run a free and confidential helpline and webchat – 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about life’s problems. They support those bereaved by suicide, through the Support After Suicide Partnership (SASP).

Provide support to individuals across Leicestershire who are; deaf, hard of hearing, or deafened; blind or deafblind; elderly and need support to live independently; have a learning or/ and a physical disability
