Neighbourhood Mental Health Café Questionnaire – Café Visitor
We are encouraging local residents to #SpeakUp and share their experiences of using Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés.
These cafés provide support to people who are struggling with their mental health. Whether your experience was positive or highlighted areas that need improvement, your feedback matters and can help shape better mental health support in our community.

Hospital Discharge Survey
If you or someone you care for have been discharged from the hospital in the last two years, we would like to hear from you.
We are gathering feedback about the experience of being discharged from the hospital. If you or a loved one have left the hospital in the last two years, your feedback could help shape future services and ensure patients receive the best care.
The Hospital Discharge Survey aims to gather insight into what worked well and what needs improvement. From discharge planning to follow-up support, we want to hear about your journey.
Harsha Kotecha, Chair of Healthwatch Leicester and Healthwatch Leicestershire, said: “By sharing your experience, you can help improve care for others in our community. We encourage everyone who has been discharged from hospital to take a few minutes to complete our survey.”
